UK SHIPPING

For guaranteed next-day delivery within the UK mainland (excluding the Highlands), orders must be placed before 1:00pm GMT Monday to Thursday, and the cost is £8.90. Royal Mail 24 delivery to the UK mainland costs £4.50 and typically arrives within 1-3 working days. Royal Mail 48 delivery to the UK mainland costs £4.50 and usually takes 2-5 working days. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday; no dispatch occurs on Saturdays or Sundays. Free UK delivery is available for orders over £100 to the UK mainland (excluding the Highlands), with delivery taking 2-5 working days. Unfortunately, next-day delivery is not available for Ireland, the Highlands, Channel Islands, and all UK Offshore Islands. A signature is required upon receipt.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to over 40 worldwide destinations. European orders typically arrive within 7-10 working days, while international orders (including USA) usually take 10-15 working days for delivery. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday, with no dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays. If your parcel does not arrive within the stated time, please allow up to 15 working days from the dispatch date to contact our Customer Service Department. All purchases are in pounds Sterling (£), with the exchange rate determined by international credit card providers or banks. Orders outside the UK mainland may be subject to duties or taxes due to import restrictions, and it's the customer's responsibility to pay these charges.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track your order by clicking the tracking number in the dispatch email. Follow the tracking link to our courier's website to check your order status.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If you're not available for delivery, our courier will attempt redelivery up to three times. Follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a more convenient delivery day. You can have your order delivered to an address different from the billing address of your debit/credit card.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel is lost or damaged, contact us for further investigation. We will submit a claim to our delivery partner on your behalf. Refunds will be issued upon claim acceptance, which may take up to 28 days. Our parcels are insured, but Janan Online Ltd is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels in transit.

SAFE DELIVERY LOCATIONS

If you prefer delivery to a secure location, notify us immediately after placing your order. Note that orders left in safe locations are at your own risk, and Janan will not be liable for any damage or loss.

WORKING DAYS

Working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days.

DELIVERY AREAS IN THE UK

We deliver to the UK mainland, Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, and all UK Offshore Islands. We do not deliver to BFPO and PO Box addresses.
