To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Personalised or custom-made products.
Perishable goods, such as food items.
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
3. Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at sales@hadiyas.com to request a return authorisation (RA) number.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation.
Include the RA number provided by our customer service team on the return package.
Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refund Process:
